What is Duare Sarkar scheme?


West Bengal Government has decided to restart the Duare Sarkar camp from January 2022. Previously they were held in August 2021.

West Bengal Managing Director Mamata Banerjee launched a new program called Duare Duare Paschim Banga Sarkar on November 23, 2020 to respond to community complaints at the block level. The government plans to set up a camp to listen to citizens' grievances. In this article today we will share all the information about the Duare Duare Paschim Banga Sarkar 2022 plan.

This scheme is launched only for the people of the West Bengal. CM of the state launched this scheme for listen ten problems on the blocks level. In every block there are camps are established and with the volunteers of the camps are accept their appeals.

Purpose of the Duare-Sarkar program The main goal of the Duare-Duare-Pashim-Banga-Sarkar program is to provide door services to people who cannot benefit from various programs due to lack of knowledge. The West Bengal government has launched the Shishu Sathi program to treat heart disease in children. This program started in 2013. According to the government, more than 3,000 children receive free cardiac care under this program every year.






The government approached three private hospitals (BM Birl Heart Research Center, RN Tagore Heart Institute in Calcutta, and Mission Hospital in Durgapur) for a free surgery program. BC. Seth Sukhlal Karnani Memorial Hospital Roy and R.G. Carr College of Medicine and Hospital is one of the few hospitals in the United States with modern paediatric facilities.





Surgery for conditions such as congenital cataracts, cleft palate and cleft palate will soon be added to the Sishu sathi program






On August 21, 2013, Prime Minister Mamata
Banerjee established a separate program called Shishu Sati to provide free treatment for children in need of heart surgery, no matter how rich or poor their parents are.








All Children of 0 to 18 years age suffering from heart disease. There is no income criteria to avail the benefit.






How do you apply Sishu Sathi?


For Shishu Sathi projects, you should contact SSKM (PG Hospital) or Calcutta Medical School. Important: You should check with the mayor of your ward or the head of the health center.






This project is very important for the Prime Minister. 


The main functions of this program include: a) the state conducts medical tests in public schools for heart disease, b) the state provides free heart surgery to children aged 12 and younger with heart disease, c) includes all eligible children, regardless of families. Income, d) All expenses are borne by the state.








The main aims of the Shishu Sathi program is to provide free medical care for children aged 0-18 who suffer from various heart conditions and need heart surgery. This program is free for everyone, no matter how rich or poor their parents are in West Benga.

 Benefits of Sishu Sati Prakalpa include: As part of this prakalpa, the state government provides cardiovascular benefits to all children under the age of 18. Hon'ble Finance Minister, in his Budget Speech of 2015-2016, announced a scheme for distribution of bicycles to an estimated 40 lakh students studying in classes IX to XII in Government and Government Aided Schools and Madrasahs of the State.







Sabooj Sathi is a scheme of West Bengal government for distribution of bi-cycles to estimated 40 lakh students of class IX to XII studying in Govt. run and Govt. aided Schools and Madrashas. The scheme was launched in September 2015.

Process followed:-


Procurement of bicycles was through E-Tender as per existing norms of the State Government.




Bicycle specifications include Standard accessories – Front Basket, Carrier, Stand, Full-half chain cover, bell. Overall IS specification - IS 10613-2004. Bi-cycles procured in phase-II and phase-III will bear 10 special reflectors in accordance with the advisory issued by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India for rider’s safety.






Students’ records are entered on-line through Sabooj Sathi portal by the schools, validated thereafter by Sub Inspectors of Schools, Additional District Inspectors / District Inspectors of Schools.





Block Development Officers perform the task of creating delivery points and tagging schools to finalise delivery point-wise requirement of Boys & Girls bicycles.





Suppliers are given opportunity through Sabooj Sathi portal to enter consignment details so that those can be tracked by the officials of State Government.





Schools generated Distribution record from their individual log-in facility. Finally, the schools uploaded data like date of distribution, bi-cycle brand, Bi-cycle frame No. (Unique), particulars of student etc.




District-wise, Block wise and individual student wise Distribution records are made available in the public domain in the Sabooj Sathi portal on real time basis.

1: Student Registration


Step 1: The interested and eligible students are required to visit the official portal of WBMDFC and click on the “New Registration” tab as shown in the image below.


Step 2: The students need to select the district of the institute they want to apply for.

Step 3: The students need to register themselves for the scholarship by filling the following details carefully. Click “Submit and Proceed” at the end.






2: Scheme Eligibility


Step 4: Fill all the fields under Scheme Eligibility section to check the student’s eligibility to qualify for the benefits of the scholarship.





3: Successful Registration

In today's article, we will discuss various important features and benefits of this plan. We've created a step-by-step guide to help you apply to join the Joy Bangla West Bengal program. Jai Bangla Pension Scheme Online Application Process:-


If you want to apply under Jai Bangla Pension Scheme, then for this you have to follow the following steps.


First of all, you have to get the Jai Bangla Pension Scheme application form. To download the form, click on the link given below.


After downloading the form, you will have to fill in all the information asked in it carefully. Such as – name, gender, DOB, age, father name, mother name, caste, etc.


After filling in all the information, you will have to attach your required document form.


After this, you have to submit the completed filled form to the following offices according to your area-

They will ensure the eligibility of the applicants under the scheme.


All the eligible forms deposited physically shall be digitized and uploaded in the State Portal by the BDO/SDO 0r Commissioner of KMC.


The BDO and SDO will recommend the names of the eligible persons in digitized form to the District Magistrate through the State Portal.


The District Magistrate will then forward it to the Nodal Department.


The Commissioner, KMC will recommend the names of eligible persons to the Nodal Department directly through the State Portal.


The Nodal Department will sanction the pension. 


The payment will be made directly to the bank account of the beneficiary through the WBIFMS portal.


The State Portal will be integrated with WBIFMS for seamless flow of disbursement of pension. 


The pension will be sanctioned on the 1st of ever.

Samajik suraksha yojana-Eligibility-On-line & Ofline Application-benefits.

The authorities of West Bengal has released Samajik Suraksha Yojana with the intention to integrate and cover primary advantages to all workers of unorganised zone. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA



To be eligible to apply for the Samajik Suraksha Scheme and getting benefits underneath the scheme, a beneficiary ought to fulfill the subsequent criteria indexed under:

Step 1: The applicant must go to the official web portal of West Bengal, labour department.




Step 2: You have to click on the “Quick Application” tab on the home page.




Step 3: Then you will be redirected to the next page where you need to select the option Yes/No of your choice.



Step 4: Now, you will be moved to the Disclaimer page where you need to give the requested details of Employee Type.




Step 5: After that, you have given all the mandatory details of the Beneficiary.



Step 6: You have to upload all the required documents mentioned above and click on the “continue” button.



Step 7: Then you will be moved to the page where you need to give the Dependent details/Nominee details and upload the requested documents. Click on the continue button.



Step 8: In the Additional Affirmation page, you have to enter the PF/ESI details, employee type details, income details and bank details.




Step 9: After completing the application form successfully, click on the “Submit” button.



Step 10: You will receive an acknowledgement on the screen upon submitting the application form.










OFFLINE APPLICATION




The applicants have to follow the below following procedures to apply for the Samajik Suraksha Scheme.




Step 1: The applicant needs to approach the Municipal Corporation, Labour Commissionerate or any other Officer authorised by the Labour Commissioner.



Step 2: Then you have to get the application form for the scheme.



Step 3: Now you need to fill all the necessary details in the form and attach the documents mentioned above along with the form.



Step 4: After filling out the form, submit it to the concerned department officer.




Step 5: Then collect your application receipt from the officer that can be used for the future reference.















Benefits of the Samajik Suraksha program include: 



Funding is provided to informal workers to ensure financial stability and stability. 



Compensation for death or injury at work. 




The government provides financial assistance (for applicants with an enrollment period of one year or more) to the children of beneficiaries who are currently pursuing higher education. We also provide safety training and skills development. 





The department also provides medical services for unorganized workers included in this system.





In addition to this, the beneficiaries of SSY would also get a Provident Fund. They would have deposit Rs. 25 per month and the Government of West Bengal would deposit Rs. 30 every month. The workers can then withdraw the full amount along with the interest after 60 years of age, or after the death of the beneficiary of discontinuation of this scheme.

Who can apply? 



All serve the state. Employees are subject to the West Bengal Service Rules, excluding the state government. Government officials with their own housing models such as Pratyasha for the police or similar housing models of the West Bengal government, as mentioned in FD-647 dated 29 August 2014 by the Ministry of Finance. You can apply to participate in the New City project under the AKANKSHA HOUSE SCHEME (AHS) project in West Bengal. Description: The following service personnel are not eligible: - (a) all Indian employees, b) employees of local governments such as Panchayet, municipalities, companies, etc. c) faculty / non-educational non-governmental organization's.

Step 1: The applicant must visit the official website http://www.wbhousing.gov.in/ to apply online.

Step 2: Click on apply now on the home page of the website to fill the online application form.

Step 3: Now enter the required details in the form.
